If your job is large or complex, we'll book a time for one of our team to visit you and prepare a quote.

If your job is simple, we will book a time for one of our team to come round and carry out the job.

When you make your booking we will provide a one hour window for when your handyman will arrive.

Upon arrival, our handyman will show you his ID, and always reassess the job to confirm the amount of time given in the estimate.

You will be charged for each half hour you use, subject to a minimum of 1 hour for all jobs.

Our handy man will note the start and end time, along with a detailed breakdown of what he has done, on a job ticket that will be provided to you.

Our handyman will take cash or card payment before he leaves and you will receive a receipt.
